Enemy Skills

This page is all to do with Enemy skills, As you progress through the game you'll will encounter the materia Enemy Skill. This materia is very special for you can learn abilities from other monsters. To learn the ability from a monster they have to use that ability on the character with the enemy skill equipped on them. The best place to get it first is when you find Red XII and in the lift you see the yellow enemy skill ability there. There are 24 Skills to learn and 4 enemy skills can be found in the game. Some of them are really useful and if you're familiar with other Final fantasy's, then you'll know its a bit like blue magic.

Name Of Skill	Learnt From	How To get It	Picture
Frog Song	Touch me, Toxic frog, Christopher	To get Frog Song, the best place to get it would be in Gongaga forest with the touch me. Just wait till it cast Frog Song and you'll learn it. This move is not very good for all it does is cast Frog and Sleep on a enemy. This wont work on bosses and there's no point in using it on monsters really.
L4 Suicide	Mu, Trickplay	To get L4 Suicide, the best place to get it would be at the grasslands with the Mu near the Chocobo ranch and Midger Zolem. They are squirrel type creatures looking like they are popping out of the ground. I don't really like this skill for it only works on Lv4 monsters but it does cast mini and lowers monsters Hp near to 0. Just wait until it uses this skill and you'll have it.
Magic Hammer	Razor Weed	To get Magic Hammer you have to get it from Razor Weed at Wutai, or the area around Wutai. You have to manipulate one of the Razor Weed because it wont use the move and make it use Magic Hammer on the character you have with enemy skill. This skill drains 100Mp from the enemy and could help maybe in some cases.
White Wind	Zemzelett, Wind Wing	I love this skill!!! To get White wind its best to get it from Zemzelett. After you get out of Corel Prison take the buggy to Costal Del Sol and hitch a ride on the cargo ship. Get out of Junon and walk around until you find Zemzelett. You have to manipulate it first and make it use white wind on your party. This skill lets the user heal the party with his/hers current Hp.
Big Guard	Beach Plug	To get Big guard, go near Coral area beaches and you will see a Beach Plug  You have to manipulate it and make it use Big Guard on your party. This skill is very good, it cast MBarrier Barrier and haste on all your party.
Angel Whisper	Pollensalta	To get Angel Whisper, you have to wait until disk 3 in the Northern Cave. You have to choose the right path and you'll see a women called Pollensalta. She's usually accompanied with a couple of parasites. You have to manipulate her and make her use Angel Whisper the person with enemy skill. This move revives one of your party as well as removes all status ailments.
Dragon Force	Dark Dragon	To get Dragon Force you have to wait till you get to the Northern cave and on the path near the beginning, you can meet a Dark Dragon. Manipulate Dark Dragon and make it use Dragon Force on the person with enemy skill on. This skill is suppose to raise your magic defence and defence but I'd never tried it to see how well it worked either way its quite useless.
Death Force	Adamantaimai	To get this skill you have to go to the beach near Wutai and you'll encounter a big turtle called Adamantaimai. Manipulate it and make it use Death Force on the person with enemy skill. This move is to immune one character with death but I never got round to try.
Flame Thrower	Arkdragon, Dragon	If you want to get this skill quickly than I would  suggest getting it from Arkdragon. You will find Arkdragon in Mythril Mine. You can wait till it uses it on you for it uses Flame Thrower very often. This move will do fire damage to one enemy. Its quite good if you get it early in the game.
Laser	Death Claw, Dark Dragon	If you are planning to get this enemy skill than I'd highly suggest to get it from Death Claw. In Corel Prison when you are going to see Dyne. You will see a Death Claw (see pic) Manipulate it to use laser quicker or wait for the move. Laser halves an enemy by 1/2, it doesn't work on some enemies and doesn't work on bosses.
Matra Magic	Custom Sweepers, Bullmotor, Death Machine	This will be properly be the first enemy skill you would get. To get it, just outside Midger, you'll find a machine sort of thing called a custom sweeper. Just wait until it uses Matra Magic on your character with enemy skill and voila!
Bad Breath	Marlboro	This is a pain in the a** if you don't have the right equipment. The only opponent you can learn Bad Breath is Marlboro. You cannot manipulate Marlboro I've tried. You have to have ribbon on because Bad Breath inflicts poison/ confu/sleep/silence/small and frog to all! Sometimes I'd waited ages and ages for it to use Bad Breath but it never did if this happens, kill it and find another.
Beta	Midger Zolem	This is hard to get if you are planning to get this skill straight away. When you encounter Midger Zolem, it'll be really strong and when he uses Beta, it takes over 1000Hp when you would only have around 600. I manage to get this skill straight away because I trained really hard getting to around Lv30. If you cant be bothered then I say shame on you and come come back and get it later in the game.
Aqualung	Harpy, Jenova life, Serpent	To get Aqualung, its best to get it just outside Corel. Go to the chocobo tracks and you will eventually encounter a Harpy a big bird creature. Manipulate it and make it use Aqualung on your party. If you are not at a good level, then this could kill your party. Either train until you can learn it or try using Big Guard to half the damage. This skill does water damage on all opponents.	No Picture
Trine	Materia keeper, Godo, Stilva	To get trine early then its best to get it from materia keeper in Mt.Nibel. Near the end you will see a giant spider blocking your way. Encounter it and you'll find its a boss. Wait till he uses trine and you will have it. This skill uses lightning damage on all opponents. If you are not at the right levels this move may kill your party so be careful. Train if you cant survive the attack or use Big Guard.
Magic Breath	Stilva, Parasite	To get this enemy skill, its best to get it from Stilva in Gaea's Cliff. The monster looks exactly like the materia keeper but in red. Wait till it uses Magic Breath on you or manipulate it to get it quicker. This move is nice but very powerful so when learning it make sure you are a good level to survive the attack or your party will be dead.
????	Jersey, Behemoth	To get this skill early its best to get it from Jersey in the Shinra mansion. You might have to wait along time till they use it on you. You cannot manipulate them so you will have to wait. This skill is alright the damage is depending on your current Hp and your max Hp.
Goblin Punch	Goblin	To get this skill you have to go to goblin island. To find this island go to the north-east corner until you see a small island. You will countless of goblin enemies. Wait till it uses Goblin Punch on you and you'll learn it. I never really found much use with this skill in so late in the game.
Chocobuckle	Chocobo	To get this skill you're going to need a few things. First chocolure materia of course this is obvious so you can find the chocobo. You also going to need the Lv4 Suicide enemy skill and you will be needing greens and sense materia. When you encounter a chocobo use sense on it see if its level is a multiple of 4, I could only find Lv 16's for its easier to do this outside the chocobo ranch. If it is a multiple of 4 then give it a green, (I used mimmett green) and then use Lv4 suicide on it. The chocobo will counter attack with Chocobuckle and run away. This skill is useless though, it damages by how many times you escape and I don't usually escape from battles. All that for nothing really!
Lv5 Death	Parasite	The only place to get this is from parasite in the Northern cave mainly found anywhere on the path. You have to manipulate it and make it use Lv5 Death on the character with enemy skill. Make sure the person with enemy skill level is a multiple of 5!!! I didn't really find this skill very useful, it kills any monster with a multiple of 5.
Death Sentence	Sneaky Step, Gi Specter, Bound Fat	To get this skill its best to get it from Sneaky Step, in the cave of Gi. Wait till it uses it on your character and you'll learn it. I never thought any use of using this skill for it puts a death timer of 60secs on one enemy. This doesn't even work on bosses or strong enemies.
Roulette	Death Dealer	To get this skill you have to wait till the Northern Cave and you got to choose the right path. It can be hard to get, you can manipulate it and make it use roulette, hoping it would use it on the character with enemy skill or jus wait. This skill is not very good, it randomly choose one character or enemy and kills it. There's no point in using it if it might kill one of your characters. They look like floating wizards and use cards to attack, I cant explain it any more than that.	No Picture
Shadow Flare	Ultima Weapon, Ruby Weapon, Dragon Zombie, Safer Sephiroth	As you can see to get this skill you are going to have to go against some nasty monsters, mainly bosses. The best place to get it is from Ultima Weapon. When he is over Cosmo Canyon and you encounter the battle. Make sure that the person with enemy skill gets the last hit. This skill is deadly and if you haven't got much Hp then I suggest training. I definitely don't suggest to get it from Ruby Weapon, because you would be more thinking about killing it rather than getting the enemy skill. This skill is good but I would think that you would have something stronger at this time.
Pandora's Box	Dragon Zombie	To get this skill you have to wait till the Northern Cave. You have to take the right path. Once there you'll might encounter a Dragon Zombie (see pic) and you'll have to kill it as quickly as possible. Before it dies it will cast Pandora's Box on all the party. This move is quite good but quite useless at the time, when you're so close to Sephiroth. You should have better skills.
